Our Service

Leeds House Clearance perform second hand furniture collections (up to 9 items which are sellable in our shops) or full house clearance in Leeds. We will remove all second hand furniture everything requested such as cookers, washing machines, all clutter & furniture. We also clear garages and lofts. On the form below please specify which service you would like. What's Involved?

Collections for house clearance (up to 9 sellable items) are free but we do ask that you consider making a donation towards the costs of the collection (fuel and staff). If an item is not sellable we can arrange for it to be removed for a fee. 

A house clearance is the removal of all items in the house. A member of our friendly team will visit the property and agree a fee for the clearance which will include labour and tipping cost. We don’t remove carpets, fixtures and fittings, and we are unable to clean the property. Our prices are extremely competitive.

Gift Aid makes your donation go 25% further for St Luke's Cares! Please let us know if you, or the donor or the family member arranging the donation is a tax-payer. If so, when the item sells in one of our shops we can claim from HMRC an extra 25% of the sale value. 25% more towards our projects!
